Profile claims

When you submit a claim, we collect the company profile, website, your name, email, role, requested changes, and any portfolio link you provide. Campaign attribution may also be included. Netlify processes and stores submissions for Spring Studio to review and respond. Your name, email, and message are not automatically published or added to a marketing sequence.

Ownership and photos

Submitting a form does not establish verified ownership. We confirm your authority before publishing changes. Please only supply portfolio material you have permission to share; we may ask for separate permission before republishing photos.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives page visits and directory actions such as profile views, claim submissions, and website-check clicks, along with technical and campaign information. Analytics cookies help measure those visits. We do not send claim names, emails, messages, or portfolio links to analytics. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to browse or submit a claim.

Requests and retention

Claim information is used for verification, correspondence, and maintaining profile accuracy. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing Spring Studio. Records may be retained where needed to resolve a request or document authorized changes.
